Job Summary
Join our Sierra Ranch Veterinary Clinic Team! We are seeking a part-time or full-time CSR/Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for applicants willing to work in a team setting with a positive attitude and flexible schedule. A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are a must. Looking for a go-getter attitude and excellent client rapport. You will work closely with the entire clinic staff to ensure the health and well-being of all of our pet patients. If you are passionate about providing exceptional animal care, we’d like to meet you. You must have previous experience working in the veterinary field.

Responsibilities
- General product knowledge: flea and heartworm preventatives, medications, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to read and understand medical terminology
- Answering multi-line telephones
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining medical records.
- Communicating with clients regarding patient care.
- Assisting doctors with medical care of patients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of animal care and handling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a busy environment
- Patience and a love for animals
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
